Description:POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative will support activities that provide for efficient service to customers, sales team and management. Functional duties include order processing and assisting with internal and external communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and processes orders including review of customer special requirements, availability, pricing match to PO, and communications to designated plant.
• Ensure excellent support and relationship building for customers through efficient follow-up on order status, accuracy of records, coordination with Customer Service, and pro-active communications.
• Maintain price schedules including coordination of prices with management and advisement to other internal departments, systems updates, and notification letters to customers.
• Handle incoming customer and internal calls, being responsive to customers, and assisting in sales team efforts through initiation of customer calls where appropriate.
• Prepare business presentations using power point, excel, and other applications in support of sales team and management to help market business opportunities and for management reporting.
• Assist sales team’s efforts to meet sales goals and quotas.
• Provide support to Logistics operations or other functions as defined in order to insure effective flow of activities through corporate functions.
• Manage multi-task projects professionally to include various administrative duties for management and others.
• Any other business activities as required
Qualifications:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
• Proven ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent problem solving skills; resourceful, thorough, high level of accuracy in work; ability to effectively multi-task in a sometimes pressured environment
